| LLC "Art-master" software development activity and Electronic digital signature services are certified according to requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2008. We found it necessary to certify activity of the company according to International Standard ISO 9001:2008 not at once. It was gradual and evolutional process which started from idea in 2003 and came to an end by passing certified audit in December, 2004 and reception of certificate; then in September, 2006 extension of the sphere of certification took place. From the very beginning we considered creation of quality management system (QMS) of the company not as a set of formal actions directed on passing the certification but as creation of company management mechanism (system). Due to such approach we managed to create QMS which manages the company.
The basis of quality management system (QMS) is a very simple principle: document everything that occurs and operate as documented. If real life processes vary the documentation varies in the same way. Necessity of process documenting for our company is that we quickly developed and in a certain point of time we understood that without any control system after a while it would be impossible to operate the company effectively. There is a difference in management of a team consisting of 20 persons and a team which quantitative structure exceeded 100 persons and continues to grow and develop. As the basis of such control system the system of quality management, formed according to principles of ISO 9001:2000, was applied. General intentions and obligations of the company in the field of quality are stated in the document “Art-master policy” which is the basis of QMS functioning. As it was already mentioned we successfully passed the certification and on February 4, 2005 we received ISO 9001:2000 certificate for the activity of software development. On September, 2006 the sphere of certification extended and included the activity of Electronic digital signature services. Main crucial factors of the company’s business are high priority of consumers’ needs as well as sustaining positive professional image. Therefore the company keeps improving its quality management system taking for a model world’s best practices that are in the basis of international standards ISO 9000 series. Confirming this fact in December, 2008 as the result of inspection the company was one of the first who achieved the certificate of the quality management system conformance to requirements of ISO 9001 Standard in edition of 2008. Main goals provided also by QMS are constant improvement of company activity, increase of efficiency of its work. These goals are succeeded by the way of: Development of software products and services according to requirements of customers; Development and improvement of professional skills of personnel; Enhancement of infrastructure and working environment; Implementation of high technologies in development of software products, information protection and management and organizations of business processes.
