The keys certification center (KCC) is service-provider of the Electronic digital signature (EDS).

KCC "MASTERKEY" is engaged in servicing, giving a full complex of the services connected with use of the Electronic digital signature. The keys certification center "MASTERKEY" - structural subdivision of LLC "Art-master" company.

KCC "MASTERKEY" passes accreditation in the Central certifying body for documentary certification of the Center competence to carry out the activity connected with service of qualified Public Key Certificates. KCC accreditation is carried out on a voluntary basis. The order of accreditation and the requirement to which the accredited keys certification center should correspond are established by the Cabinet of Ukraine.

Accredited keys certification center should carry out all obligations and the requirements established by the legislation for the Keys certification center, and is in addition obliged to use for EDS services granting reliable means of the Electronic digital signature. Reliable means of the EDS should have the conformity certificate or a positive expert conclusion by results of state appraisal in sphere of cryptographic information protection.

Bodies of the government, institutions of local government of the enterprise, establishment and the organization of the state pattern of ownership can use only qualified Public Key Certificates. Qualified Public Key Certificates stand out by the accredited The keys certification center and are formed with use of the reliable means of EDS, regulated by the legislation of Ukraine.

EDS services granting by the accredited keys certification center is carried out according to rules of the qualified certification and the work rules of the Center. The work rules of the accredited keys certification center defines the order and procedures of Public Key Certificates service according to the requirements specified in Rules of qualified certification. Rules of qualified certification define organizational, technical and technology requirements to the accredited keys certification center for the period of service of qualified Public Key Certificates and maintenance of their use.

After acceptance by the Central certifying body of the decision on accreditation, to the certificate on accreditation stands out to the Center.
