History of company

The history of LLC "Art-master" began in 2000. Since that time, we have been growing and developing continuously and creating our history of success.

Year 2011:

• Our organization has been appraised at a Capability Maturity Model® Integration for Development (CMMI-Dev*) version 1.2 Maturity Level 3.

Year 2010:

• Confirmation (recertification) of Company's Quality Management System compliance with requirements of ISO 9001:2008;
• Winning in National Business Rating (according to information of National Statistics Committee) for the 5^th year successively, recognition of the company as leader of software development industry;
• Participation as the co-organizer of the final All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest;
• Organization of All-Ukrainian conference "Information protection in modern conditions" among students and candidates;
• The company staff is 250 employees;
• 52 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2009:

• The process of developed products regular design (product architecture) review is implemented;
• Commercial products as ArtSocius and MasterKit are created;
• Hardware device for protection from illegal use of our software is created;
• The copmpany is preparing for CMMI Level 3 assessment;
• New products such as "Register for judgments", "Judicial Statistics", "Register of communty groups" are developed and implemented;
• Participation as the co-organizer of the final All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest;
• Authorized partner status of "Kaspersky Laboratory" received;
• Gold Partner status of the Oracle Partner Network received;
• 46 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2008:

• Staff of the company is more than 500 employees;
• Participation in Microsoft conference "Heroes among us" as an lab works organizational;
• Cooperation agreement with BUREAU VERITAS BSD on certification of quality and security management systems according to the international standards;
• Winning in National Business Rating (according to information of National Statistics Committee) for the 3^d year successively, recognition of the company as leader of software development industry;
• Winning for the 2d year successively at the nationwide ranking "Brand of the Year 2008" in nomination "Perfect reputation" for the brand «MASTERKEY» — services of digital signature;
• Receiving by the Training Center "AM-SOFT" the status of the Authorized center of testing Prometric the world leading developer and provider of computer tests practically all the largest vendors of IT industry;
• Participation as the co-organizer of the final All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest;
• 38 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2007:

• Staff of the company is 550 employees;
• Opening of the subsidiries in 25 regional centers of Ukraine and Crimea;
• Receiving status of Microsoft Certified Partner Learning Solutions;
• Receiving status of Gold Certified Partner Microsoft company;
• Confirmation (re-certification) of accordance SMQ of the company to requirements ISO 9001:2000;
• Winning in National Business Rating (according to information of National Statistics Committee) for the 2^nd year successively, recognition of the company as leader of software development industry;
• Receiving of Accreditation Certificate of MASTERKEY Certification Authority LLC "Art-master" from the Central certifying body;
• Receiving of the certificate from the Special Telecommunication Systems and Information Protection Department of Security Service of Ukraine of accordance with complex information protection system of MASTERKEY Certification Authority LLC "Art-master";
• Receiving of licenses from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by the Training Centre "AM-SOFT" for rendering educational services by the institutions connected with vocational training on the level of qualifying requirements to vocational education and professional development;
• Passing of supervision audit for confirming accordance of the information security management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005;
• Participation as the co-organizer of GIS-Forum-2007;
• Participation as the co-organizer of the final All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest;
• Sponsoring of All-Ukrainian conference "Information protection in modern conditions" among students and candidates;
• 36 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2006:

• Staff of the company is 150 employees;
• Moving to the new office: 3 684 sq.m;
• Winning in National Business Rating (according to information of National Statistics Committee), acknowledgement of the company as leader of software development industry;
• 1^-st in Ukraine confirmed an accordance of Information Security Management System with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005;
• Participation as the co-organizer of the final All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest;
• Expansion in the field of quality management system certification of the standard ISO 9001:2000 according to the activity of the electronic digital signature services;
• Receiving of "AM-SOFT" trademark registration certificate;
• Opening Training center "AM-SOFT";
• Participation as the co-organizer of GIS-Forum-2006;
• The company became the member of Ukrainian GIS Association;
• Opening two Certification Authorities (CA) LLC "Art-master":
  • Unaccredited CA LLC "Art-master";
  • MASTERKEY Certification Authority (CA).
• 32 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2005:

• Staff of the company is 95 employees;
• Company offices: 751 sq.m;
• The company has received the quality management system certification according to the standard of  ISO 9001:2000 certification;
• The status of PROMT Certified Partner has been received;
• The company became a dealer of WEGA DISTRIBUTION (Adobe, Corel, Macromedia);
• The status of ABBYY partner has been received;
• The collaboration agreements with more than 10 leading institutes of higher education have been signed;
• The Final of All-Ukrainian Collegiate Programming Contest has been sponsored;
• The company became the Corporate Member of Ukrainian Project Management Association;
• The company became the member of Russian GIS Association;
• 25 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2004:

• Staff of the company: 60 employees;
• Company offices: 376 sq.m;
• Office #3 was opened;
• Microsoft Certified Partner status has been prolonged;
• The status of partner and exclusive representative in Ukraine of Intergraph has been received;
• The license of Special Telecommunication Systems and Information Protection Department of Security Service of Ukraine entitled to perform technical information protection of all kinds including information containing State secret has been received;
• The license of  Special Telecommunication Systems and Information Protection Department of Security Service of Ukraine for development, manufacture, use, certified tests, thematic researches, examination, import and export of cryptosystems and cryptographic protection frames of information has been received;
• 17 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2003:

• Staff of the company is 21 employees;
• Company offices: 205 sq.m;
• Office # 2 was opened;
• Microsoft Certified Partner status has been received;
• Oracle Certified Partner status has been received;
• 12 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2002:

• Staff of the company is 13 employees;
• Moving to new office, square is 116 sq.m;
• 7 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2001:

• Staff of the company is 10 employees;
• Company office: 46 sq.m;
• 5 projects implemented by the end of the year.

Year 2000:

• The company has started its activity in the field of software development;
• May, 2000 – the first project was realized;
• Staff of the company is 3 employees;
• Company office: 16 sq.m;
• 3 projects implemented by the end of the year.
