| Quality management Quality management system is implemented and operates in the company The basis of quality management system (QMS) is a very simple principle: document everything that occurs and operate as documented. If real life processes vary the documentation varies in the same way. Necessity of process documenting for our company is that we quickly developed and in a certain point of time we understood that without any control system after a while it would be impossible to operate the company effectively. From the very beginning we considered creation of QMS of the company not as a set of formal actions directed on passing the certification but as creation of mechanism (system) of company management. Due to such approach we managed to create QMS which manages the company. We realize importance of Quality Management System for development of the company. Quality is the business of each member of our team. |
